What are “Domain” and “Hosting” ?

Domain: A Domain is your online address, such as “www.example.com” Domains range from $0.99 to $30 per year. Prices depend on the domain’s popularity, specificity, and memorability.

Hosting: Hosting refers to the service that web companies provide by leasing space on a server for storing files (text, images, videos, etc.) which allow your website to be accessible on the internet.

it’s important to note that the costs of a domain and hosting are necessary and should be your only recurring expense. Some website builders might advertise “free Domain and Hosting” in their monthly plan, but the key difference is that our recommended method ensures your website cost is the minimum.

How does the web design process begin?

Click the ‘Get Started’ button under ‘Web Packages‘ and complete our initial form. After receiving your form, we’ll send a detailed web design questionnaire (please note it can take about 30-45 minutes to complete). We’ll review your responses and schedule a meeting.

Please note eventually we will require you to provide text (like bios, headlines, mission statements, services, certifications), media (images, videos, etc.), and branding elements (logo, color palette, font styles).

We also offer content writing services starting at $10 for up to 100 words for bios, product descriptions, and more.

Once details are finalized, we’ll outline a project timeline and product deliverables in a contract.

Where can I download the images from my session?

After your session, we will send you a link and password to access a private gallery where you can download your images. If you prefer, we can make this gallery public upon your request.

What’s the average turnaround for retouched images?

For images included in our photography packages, the usual turnaround time for retouching is between 1 and 2 weeks. When you order a retouch as a standalone service, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days. However, please be aware that the time frame can vary depending on the number of images and the complexity of the required edits.

Refund And Cancellation Policies
Web Design

We understand that circumstances may chRefund And Cancellation Policiesange, and we aim to provide you with a clear and transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients have the right to request a 100% refund if they do so within 24 hours of the payment received.
  • Partial Refund: If the project has been initiated and is less than 35% complete, you will be eligible for a partial refund. The refund will amount to 30% of the total payment received.
  • No Refund After 50% Completion: Once the project has reached or exceeded 50% completion, refunds will not be granted.

Our refund and cancellation policy is due to the allocation of resources, including time, effort, and costs associated with our design team’s work, which begins from the project’s initiation. These resources are non-recoverable and are dedicated to bringing your vision to life.

Client Collaboration:

Clients are expected to actively collaborate and cooperate with the Designer to provide the necessary content. This includes specifying content and desired design/layout. The Designer cannot be held responsible for content/design/layout issues that arise due to the Client’s failure to provide detailed guidance.

Website Assessment:

Completing the website assessment provided is crucial as it enhances clarity in the design process. Please keep in mind:

  • We will supply a questionnaire to guide you through the process, but it is your responsibility to provide an outline of text, images, and other site content.
  • Your outline should include key headings, attention-grabbing phrases, and additional content. For service providers (barbers, personal trainers, etc.) you may need to provide extra details about your services and qualifications.
Photography
  • Cancellation Policy: Clients have the right to request a 100% refund if they do so within 24 hours of the payment received.
  • Partial Refund: Clients can request a refund, but it will be limited to 50% of the initial payment if the request is made between the 24-hour mark and before the scheduled session, including any disputes arising after the session while reviewing the work on the same day. Please note that refund requests submitted beyond this specified timeframe will not be accepted.
  • No-Show Policy: In cases where a client fails to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), any payment received will be considered non-refundable and will be retained as payment for the credited photography session.

Clients are expected to actively collaborate with the Photographer to ensure the desired photographs are achieved. This includes actively participating in pre-shoot consultations, providing information on inspiration, preferred poses, and ensuring punctuality.

It’s important to emphasize that if clients do not provide detailed guidance for their desired photos, the Photographer cannot be held responsible for any missed shots and reserves the right to deny any refund request.
